Who we are?
The Capital Markets Global Support team in India was started in 2020 to support Argus models, Lease Abstracts, BOV and Narratives for Brokers across various regions of the United States. We are a 29-member team with diverse experience in the CRE industry, averaging 5+ years.
What do we do?
The team is skilled in developing Argus cash flow models, proprietary BOV models, and various other valuation models, as well as lease abstraction, comps, and property & market level narratives. Well versed across all property types, the team has experience with modeling office, retail, hospitality, industrial, multifamily, student housing, senior housing, and mixed-use properties.
